The 2011 District 22 State Championship Awards Banquet will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Iowa Speedway in Newton at the Newton Club.

Vendor Exhibit 5 p.m.

Social Hour 5 p.m.
Dinner 6 p.m.
Awards Presentation 7 p.m.

You Must RESERVE Your 2012 Race Number!
- To keep your 2011 bike/quad number, submit your application by February 1, 2012. After that date requested numbers are awarded in the order of received applications. Seniority does not apply. Don’t delay.
- Print 2012 D22 MX Application by clicking menu at left or by clicking here
- Completely fill out the application, including all signatures, initials where required, and current mailing address.
- If rider is under 18, parents must sign application and have it notarized.
- If rider is under 18, we must have a copy of a Birth Certificate on file.
- Include $22 and mail to:

IMPORTANT - Race Number Guidelines for Motocross
- For scoring races, it is important to NOT have duplicate numbers
- Choose a unique number. Try not to use 1-20, 22, 199, 911, etc.
Not Allowed in Motocross:
- Numbers beginning with a zero
- Numbers with a letter
