- Print 2010 MX Application by clicking menu at left or by clicking here
- Completely fill out the application,
including all signatures, initials where required,
and current mailing address
- If rider is under 18, parents must sign application
and have it notarized
- If rider is under 18, we must have a copy of a Birth Certificate on file
- Include $22 and mail to:

IMPORTANT - Race Number Guidelines for Motocross
- For scoring races, it is important to NOT have duplicate numbers
- Choose a unique number. Please do not use: 1 thru 20, 22, 199, 911, etc.
Not Allowed in Motocross:
- Numbers beginning with a zero
- Numbers with a letter
